How can I purchase the online training courses?
DGC Training is an online store, simply go to the online training page and purchase the appropriate training.
If we purchase more training courses, do I get a discount?
Yes, a discount is applied at the checkout when you buy 11 or more training. Go on the discount page to find out what percentage you can get.
How does the training platform work?
Each worker needs to do the training individually. This is why a new account needs to be created for each of them, using the same link and a different email address.
Is there a time frame for the online training to be done by?
No, it’s the advantage of choosing this option. You can do the training when and where you want.
How do I access the training platform?
After purchasing the training, you will receive a link to access the platform within 1-2 working days.
How can I purchase an online training if I don't have a business debit/credit card?

How long does it take to complete the training courses?
Our training takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
When will I get my certificate(s)?
When you finish to complete the training, a certificate will be issued within 1-2 working days.
If you purchased more than one training, we will wait until all workers completed the training to issue all certificates at the same time.
Who will receive the certificate(s)?
All certificates will be sent by email to the person who ordered the training.
